Key Challenge:Some areas are prone to weld lines. Therefore, we adopted measures such as increasing the material temperature, mold temperature, and shot speed to improve the quality of the weld lines and reduce the appearance of weld lines. During the mold design process, we also designed an exhaust system at the fusion line.

Key Challenge:At the initial stage, there were some uneven glue levels in certain positions, which posed a risk of shrinkage. The internal support ribs were not present, resulting in a significant deformation of the structure.Later, after the engineers conducted mold flow analysis, improvements were made.
