Silicone Mold
SILICONE MOLDING &VACUUM CASTING
Bridge the gap between design and production with high-fidelity vacuum casting. Perfect forfunctional prototypes and low-volume manufacturing with production-grade finishes.

TECHNICAL WORKFLOW
Standard Operating Procedures for Vacuum Casting
01
MAKE THE ORIGINAL MOLD
We start with a high-precision master
pattern, usually created via 5-axis CNC
machining or high-resolution 3D printing(SLA/Polyjet), meticulously hand-finished
to the desired surface texture.
02
MAKE SILICONE MOLDS
The master is suspended in a casting boxand encapsulated in high-grade liquid
silicone. After curing in a heat chamber, the mold is split to create a perfect
negative cavity.
03
INFUSION MOLDING
Polyurethane resins are mixed and
degassed under vacuum, then gravity-fed
or injected into the silicone tool. This
ensures 100%density and zero air
entrapment even in complex geometries.
