FAQ

Why can't we find our company on Alibaba?

"That's a great question! We actually moved away from the crowded marketplace on Alibaba to focus on our independent brand for a few reasons:
1.Direct Engineering Support: Mold making is about precision and technical details. Our website allows us to provide a more professional, direct-to-engineer experience without the noise of a general marketplace.
2.Quality Over Quantity: We serve high-end clients like Tier-1 suppliers for VW and Tesla. These projects require a level of confidentiality and detailed DFM that standard platforms aren't optimized for.
3.Better Value: By cutting out high platform commissions, we reinvest that margin into better mold steel and faster lead times for you.
For your peace of mind: We absolutely support Alibaba Trade Assurance for payment. You get the same 3rd-party protection as you would on the platform, while enjoying the direct technical expertise of our factory."

What payment methods are supported?

Our standard payment term is 50% deposit before production and 50% balance before shipment. Some projects allow 60/40 or 70% deposit options. The specific payment terms require you to provide the order details so that we can confirm the best payment terms for you.
We support various payment methods, including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter ofCredit), PayPal, etc,and we accept payment by Alibaba Assurances. For long-term cooperative old customers, other suitable payment methodscan also be negotiated.

Why don't you have detailed product pages?

We are not a supermarket selling standard parts but a provider of customized engineering solutions. Each mold for seat handles or electronic enclosures is "tailor - made" according to the client's specific material requirements, shot life, injection molding machine models, and production volume needs. Therefore, traditional product detail pages are not suitable for such highly precise and personalized engineering projects.
1. 100% Customization: We are a custom tool & die manufacturer. Every mold we build is unique to the client's specific 3D design, material choice, and production volume.
2. IP Protection: We work with sensitive projects for brands like Tesla, VW, and BYD. Out of respect for our clients' Intellectual Property and our Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), we never publicly list detailed product specs.
3. Engineering Precision: The services we offer is an engineering project, not a retail item. To give you the most accurate quote and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) advice, we work directly from your files.

How do you ensure the quality of your products?

"Quality is our lifeline, especially serving Tier-1 automotive clients like VW and GM. We guarantee it through a strictly closed-loop system:
> 1. Independent QC Verification: In our factory, the Engineering team and the Quality department are independent. Any modification to the mold must be verified and signed off by the Quality Department before proceeding.
> 2. Systematic Revision Protocol: If an issue arises during T1-T3 trials, we don't just 'fix it.' Our technical team creates a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and a formal revision plan.
> 3. Automotive Standard Documentation: We provide full measurement reports (including FAI - First Article Inspection) with every trial. This ensures that every millimeter of your product meets the 3D data.
> In short: Our tech team solves the problem; our QC team ensures it stays solved."

What is the general delivery time?

"Our standard lead time for high-precision molds is typically:
>1 DFM & Design Approval: 2-3 working days.
>2 T1 Samples (First Trial): 25 to 35 calendar days after deposit and design sign-off.
>3 Mass Production: Depending on the quantity, usually 1-2 weeks after sample approval.
>4 Since we manage the entire process in-house—from R&D to QC—we can maintain a very agile schedule. For urgent projects, we can often expedite the machining process to meet your deadline."

Can you provide a DFM (Design for Manufacturing) report?

Yes. We provide a preliminary technical review for free during the quoting stage to identify potential risks.
A comprehensive, professional DFM report (including mold flow, gate positioning, and cooling analysis) is provided as the first milestone once the project is officially kicked off. This ensures our senior engineers can dedicate their full expertise to your specific production success.
