We have broken down our entire cooperation process into 12 clear steps. From your initial idea to the final delivery, you will know exactly what happens at every stage.
Phase 1: The Commercial Start (Steps 1-4)
Send us your samples, or 2D/3D drawings. We analyze your requirements immediately.
2. Discussion: Engineering & Cost Optimization
We don't just give a price; we discuss the mold core material, cavity numbers, and runner types to find the best balance between quality and cost.
3. Proforma Invoice (PI)
Once all terms are agreed upon, we issue a formal PI for your approval.
4. Deposit Payment
Deposit (50% by T/T).Payment initiates the project. We offer a fair 50% deposit term to start the project officially upon receiving the deposit via T/T. This locks in your steel purchase and engineering schedule.
Phase 2: Engineering & Design (Steps 5-6)
5. Product Design Optimization
We don't just copy; we improve. We help optimize design to reduce costs and improve manufacturability.
6. Mold Design & DFM Report
Our engineers generate a detailed DFM (Design for Manufacturing) report. We analyze gate locations, parting lines, and potential risks for your approval.
Phase 3: Manufacturing & Validation (Steps 7-10)
7. Mold Making
We start to make the mold immediately after you confirm the drawing.
8. Mold Trial (T1 Sample)
We perform the first trial and express the T1 samples to you via courier for confirmation.
9. Mold Modification
Based on your feedback, we fine-tune the mold. We don't stop until the dimensions and appearance meet your standards.
10. Mold Approval
You receive the final samples. Once you say "Yes," the mold is ready for mass production or shipping.
Phase 4: Completion (Steps 11-12)
11. Balance Payment (50% by T/T)
The remaining 50% is paid before delivery.
12. Delivery / Next
Your mold is packed in a wooden box and exported by Sea or Air. Or, we keep it here for mass production.
